Reposhing this item I purchased from @julieridgeway. Loved it, wore it to the wedding, and ready to hand it over to the next bridesmaid/wedding guest! The dress was not hemmed but was taken in slightly at the waist. My waist is ~28inch. Does not come with optional straps (not needed imo) Questions? Leave a comment below!
