Azazie navy blue velvet formal dress

Beautiful soft wrap dress from azazie. (Looks like a wrap but can not be fully unwrapped). Only worn once; like new condition. Has a v neck with a tie waist and a left side slit. So flattering on!! I am 5’3” and wore with heels to keep off the ground so good for any height or could be hemmed. Color is darker than in model photo - it is a deep navy like in my photos.
