Azazie wine red ruched-top bridesmaid dress (worn once, then dry cleaned)

This is a size 6 wine red dress with thick shoulder straps that was purchased and worn once by me as a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding, after which it was immediately dry cleaned and then never worn again. It is very breezy, and actually dragged on the floor while I wore it barefoot, but hovered just above the ground while I was wearing heels (and I am 5'3" and 130 lbs for reference). I did not need to wear a bra with this dress because the material it is made of is strong and supportive, but the straps are thick enough that a bra could be worn with it if desired. The material is very flowy.
