Azura Dress with Drawstring Waist and Puff Sleeves, Small, NWT

I bought this cute dress at a boutique in Madrid, Spain. It’s a beautiful dark green color with a gold and cream pattern. It has a drawstring waist and buttons from the waist up with small ruffle detail on both sides. Slight puff detail at the shoulders. Material is sheer and has a stretchy lining underneath. 100% polyester. New with original tags. Measures approximately 18.5” from armpit to armpit.
