B. Collection By Bobeau Chelsea Layered Dress in Size M. New with tags. Has nice details. Sleeveless with v neckline, fabric is layered over the top and hides the elasticized waist which is beneath that layer. The top billows and flows and floats a bit when you walk. On the over layer at the back (pictured) there is pretty pleating of that fabric. 100% polyester dress and lining. Fabric is so soft and light. Hand wash cold and line dry. Size Medium. Color is called charcoal grey, it's more of a muted brown gray, in my opinion. It's really lovely and very neutral (hard to photograph realistically)
