Size 9/10 B. Darlin Navy Blue Short Semi Formal Dress. Non-smoking home. Never altered, and worn once for a cheerleading banquet. Would also be perfect for any fancy occasion-homecoming, prom, winter or spring formal, wedding attire…. I included real-life photos of it on and off a person. Laid flat it’s approximately l2 inches across the waist and 31 inches from the top of the collar to the end of the longest part of the skirt.
