B Darlin Cocktail/Prom Knee-Length Royal Blue Dress

This dress is so much fun! Worn once to a party, and have been trying to find excuses to wear it again. One shoulder style with soft ruffle, ruched around the hips. Eye catching royal blue color. There is also padding at the chest. The sizing is very incorrect - says 11/12 but I typically wear a 4. (Maybe it’s a Juniors but I never noticed)
