Prom, cocktail, night on the town, black sequined top with white bottom. Fully lined. Fit n flare skirt. Full back zipper. Has a bit of stretch. Measurements approx flat lay armpit to armpit 15” waist 12” length 32”. A couple of snags on the skirt as seen in pic. Some subtle piling.
