B. Darling Halter Dress. Only worn 3 times

B Darlin Special Ocassion Halter Dress. Ties at neck, elastic at midback height. Front has deep V neckline and lined cups ending with solid black ruching at just the below the bra line. Length on me is just to the knee(I'm 5'7"). There's a slip layer underneath that ends with 2 inches of black netting, only about an inch sticks out at the bottom.
