B. Kool Strapless Dress - Size Large

A very fun dress to wear! Top has a 1.5" wide elastic band covered in pink and white polka dots that stays in place. The body is black with ruching on both sides from top to hips. The skirt is black with pink and white polka dots and slightly flared. Serge stitched hem. Top to Hem: 30" approximatel. Lovingly cared for; worn once. So fun and versatile. I matched it with polka dot wedges.
