B. Smart Red Formal High-Low Dress

Cute red hi-low formal dress! I wore it to one of my homecomings and a few weddings. It doesn’t fit me anymore which is why I’m selling. There is a slight stretch to the fabric, and the top is lined and padded. There is also a short skirt with a small amount of tulle in the bottom. The left strap has come undone and I never got around to mending it, so it’s held in place with a safety pin. I actually wore it like that for an event and didn’t have any problems, so if you’re too lazy to mend it you should still be fine. The last picture is me. For reference I’m 5’9”, and the heels I’m wearing are 3-4 inches (I’m also leaning backwards). With no heels the skirt just touches the floor, so it’s not super long.
