B. Smart homecoming dress

This is a beautiful homecoming dress made by B. Smart. It's a gorgeous black strapless and beautiful red flower design under top and layered flowy bottom. Dress comes above the knees. It's a beautiful dress and is in brand new condition, I don't think I ever even got to wear it. I had no where to wear it. Wish I did cuz it's beautiful and I ove it. I paid 60 plus tax and only wanting 25.
