B & W Polka Dot Ruffle Top

Super cute black and white large print polka dot sleeveless top with shoulder ruffles. I’m not entirely sure what this shirt is made of, but it seems like a polyester type blend. Top is in excellent condition. Has a cute little pleat at the neck line. 19” pit to pit, 19” waist, 23” shoulder to hem. I wash this on delicate and hang dry. Smoke free, scent free home. Ladies M
