lmrod1707 Hello, I'm interested in these: 12.5 EE. My question is, how about if they don't fit? Do you have an exchange policy? I have the Tecova's Cartwright's in that size and they fit perfectly. If you happen to know, how would these compare to Tecova's fit? Thank you

clannewton This Order#: 60dcae2f9bd5ef05dd9f4a18 shows: USPS tracking info label created but usps awaiting package, since 6/30 with no change(12 days ago). Have you actually sent the boots yet?

lmrod1707 @clannewton I'm the person that asked the question right above yours. I asked the question on June 21 and have been checking for a response. I also emailed them directly because they have an email address through the Bachesto website. I never received a response from either communication method. Hopefully it's just some sort of error or maybe they are away temporarily because I was very interested. And in your case because it seems that you already made the purchase. Hopefully you get an answer!

allwestern @lmrod1707 the fit is very similar. Sorry for the late response I did not see this msg in my notifications. The webpage is handled separately than this account. I buy from an authorized dealer and get factory discounts. This is why prices are a bit lower than on the webpage but we do follow Poshmak policies regarding returns and exchanges.
