@fabveron fyi added pictures with jacket measurements. But I’m sure, considering the fact you already own Balmain, you shouldn’t need those and know your size. Btw the description says size 40 and so does the tag in the picture. Hope this helps.

@fabveron thank you! My point is that Balmain sizing runs small and converts small even compared to other French designers (Chanel, Dior or even Maje). And most people would not know that it runs small. Balmain conversion is not accurate, that’s why I added the measurements in inches.
