This is for a new, with tags, pair of shorts. They are The Barrow [blanknyc] brand and are size 28. They are blue jean shorts called a Vintage High Rise shorts that are distressed with threadbare holes. They are from Nordstrom and retailed for $78!! Please use both my approximate measurements as a size reference guide as well as the tag size because tag sizes sometimes differ between manufacturers.
