Great preloved condition. Has side slits on both sides. Partially lined. Has small belt loops for a narrow belt if you wish to add one (loops can also be cut off if you choose) See photos for all measurements and tags. Photos will show how far down the lining goes, as well as how far up the sides the slits go. Only minor flaw noted was 2 small spots on the front of the skirt that looks like there might be a very light tan mark that could come out with stain remover (10th photo close up). However, I did not notice it at all until I started fully examining the skirt very closely. IMO, no one will notice (as I did not without examining closely from top to bottom). has belt loops for belt if you wish.
