BB Dakota 9 to 5 chiffon tie neck dress in yellow. Really cute ruffle detail at the cuffs and at the hem. Note the sleeves are slightly sheer, but the rest of the dress is lined. Sold by Nordstrom. Blogger fav, ASO Jean Wang of Extrapetite. Condition: Excellent, only wore it a few times. Measurements: Size XS but can fit S or even M too due to elastic waist. About 17" pit to pit, waist is 11" flat but stretches to 16.5", 34" long.
