Skinny straps are adjustable, the belt tie is wide and long, I've worn bow on back & front. Could be a maternity house dress. The blue color is pretty, & the dress is well made. It's a little big for me since I'm a size small, but it does fit, so if you're a S, M, Large, it adjusts quite a bit.
