Belt is marked on the back as a 32 which is closer to the whole length of the belt. The proper waist size for this belt would be approximately 28" as I measured from the fold in the belt (where the buckle starts) to the center hole. Obviously you can go a little larger or a little smaller but 28" is best fit. Width of belt is approx. 1 inch.
