@swinkel17 it is belt adjustable 21 inches front and back. So 42 total at high waist. It falls 27 inches long. Hope that makes sense. 🙂

@swinkel17 it's 42 inches of material that adjusts to a small...the material is very light and stretchy.,.hard to explain but it's definitely not a large. It's a usual BCBG small. Sorry it's hard to explain but it's very cute, hard to give it up.
