elizabizabeth I don't think the waist is elasticized per say but the entire dress is a bit stretchy. I'll look more closely when I get home. I could measure it if you like.

elizabizabeth @alill0331 it about 18-19" (all measurements lying flat) from armpit to armpit, but it's a slight doleman sleeve, about 13.5" at the waist and 35" from shoulder to hem. No elastic but certainly has enough stretch to get it on and off. Sorry for the delay in reply!
