This dress is gorgeous! Black lace at the right shoulder as the black fabric drapes across in tiers of ruffles at the bottom. The blue feather flower is attached with a few stitches and a safety pin. (Its actually a hair clip). Has been worn once but no flaws. 34 inches long. Make me an offer.😊

tootsiewest @parisian80 Yes. As stated above it can be removed. It is a pin and has a few stitches on one side so it would stay down. I would be glad to do that for you if you would prefer it to be removed.
