tabuxton @bregayle this isn't a work piece, but the length would be great for you -- I inherited it from a friend who is several inches shorter than me, fits me in the bust and the color is gorgeous in person -- its just too short!

tabuxton @bregayle my friend was wearing a 34D when she purchased the dress -- I'm thinking since you are a 13/14 there is a good chance this will fit you perfectly. It does have the slightest flare coming out of the waist so it's not too clingy.
