Can you elaborate on “slightly worn?” Is there damage? Does it look noticeable used? And last thing, this is the coat with the ruffle bottom (like the strip of material all the way around)?

@suchasongbird yes this has a ruffle or flare out at the bottom. I bought it from another posher and wasn't sure how much they wore it but it's in great condition. it's too small on me:(
