bigislandsun Hi It is approximately 15.5” under bust where the halter dusts 43.5” shoulder to hemline- I wore it when I was a size 4- it is an XS- S or 4 fit. Not an 8 whatsoever. It’s an amazing dress. The picture doesn’t do it justice.
