Hey. Could you provide me with the waist and bust measurements for this dress. Also would it be possible to see the top of the dress? Professional pictures of the lighter dress that is posted seem to have a little cap sleeve , which the red dress doesn’t seem to have. Or maybe it’s just the angle of the picture. Could you please clarify that?
