BCBG Max Azria Wide Leg Trousers

Vintage, approx early 2000s Contrast stitching, flat front and back, 2 front pockets. Some damage at back hem (fraying and discoloration) and a minor area or two (?) on back of one leg that I only detected in certain light (yellow-ish areas.. not predominant or large IMO). Faint pink (marker) at crotch area (not visible when worn). Any issues noted are shown in last few pics. Inside button is missing, as shown, but it is not mission critical to wearing. (This prob sounds like a lot, but overall, these pants are great looking and structurally sound.. I just want to be sure you have all info.)
