Drawstrings inside the waist so you can cinch/corset it to give your curves some attention There are straps on the sleeves that you can adjust to roll and hold up the sleeves. Zip and Snap front EIGHT pockets on the front outside-2 smaller ones up top that snap close each also has a small zipped pocket PLUS and two bigger cargo pockets that snap close on the bottom, that also have zip pockets built into them so you basically have eight pockets total. There is a drawstring at the bottom hem that makes it possible to tighten it there as well. **One of the bottom pockets is missing a snap cover (see pic) There is also a small rip underneath the left arm-this is directly on the seam and would be an easy and unnoticeable repair. I absolutely adored this jacket and its versatility but unfortunately it is too small on my chest now (hence the underarm split). I'm sad it no longer fits me because you do not need to carry a purse when you wear this thing!
