what is the inseam?

@charlotte12000 Hi! The inseam is 33" I wore these with heels. The hem is just over 1 and 1/2".

Is what part of these pants have been altered? Also come aware of the stains?

@charlotte12000 The pants were taken in at the waist. A bit in the side seams and I believe she added the darts in the back. They were also hemmed. I will take pics of the small spots and post.
