BCBG MaxAzria Black Cutout Velvet Bell Sleeve Women's Formal Top - Size Medium

BCBG MaxAzria brand soft black velvet cutout on an off-white sheer backing and 4 button exposed shoulder bell-shaped sleeves. Purchased in early 2000s and hardly worn, this is an absolutely gorgeous piece in excellent condition. The top seam of each sleeve is held together with 4 buttons that create a peek-a-boo effect on the shoulders and arms. Sleeves are 3/4 length and approximately 11" in diameter at opening. Although this garment is somewhat sheer, the black velvet detail provides cover for modesty. I wore it with a black strapless bra. Opens with a 9" side zipper and all 8 buttons on sleeve are functional. Waist band is 1.5" wide and measures 17" across. Women's Size Medium. 82% Rayon; 18% Silk Dry clean only
