Neckline can be adjusted with one shoulder tie and smocked waist (in back) makes this flattering and wearable by sizes 2-4. Pockets finish this pretty outfit. 26" from underarm to hem. 15" waist (back is elastic so stretches from 13" to 16.5".) Underarm to underarm can accommodate up to 17.5 flat due to gathers and adjusting stable straps.

oleandergirl @808alicia I added the flat measurement ranges to the description. Because of the elastic back panel and adjustable straps this dress can accommodate a 0-2. The waist is 13" with any stretch. I hope this is helpful.
