evesaccount @recife it doesn't stretch but it is not stiff either it's a very soft material. I'm currently a size 7 and still could be wearable just would be a fited fit. size 4 is more of a slight loose fit. I have another post where I was size 5 and used it for my engagement pics and another pic of it on with on as a size 7. I would say it would fit for sizes 6 and under.
