Vintage I believe 90’s. Fabric tag gone. Probably Polyester. Looks like manufacturers defect on front left embroidering. Not noticeable unless looking for it. Some rhinestones missing on zipper pull. Rams head zipper pull. No holes. Size tag worn off. All measurements are approximate: Pit to pit laying flat 20” Length laying flat 24” Arms laying flat 22”
