BCBGeneration purchased from Department Store. 3/4 sleeve mini shift dress, slightly fitted. Brick red and cream polka dot patterned. Loop-button enclosure on back, lightly lined. Very feminine and cute. Only worn once. All of my items are from a smoke-free and pet-free home and have always been kept on hangers.
