This is a unique navy blue, satin-feel dress with silver grommets decorating the front and a faux side-drape. It is missing a belt, the belt loops have been cut off, but the dress doesn’t need it. It has a modern take on a 1949s feel. It has only been worn a few times but has been in storage so it could use a dry cleaning.
