Im normally a size 4, and im not familiar with BCBG sizing, do you think that it can fit a 4?

It depends on your ribs weirdly! The striped band around it under the chest way above waist so no tummy issues. But that band is not stretch. So yes you'd fit in it IF you're small around ( like bra size ) if you have a wider back i'd say no,
