BCBG cut out little black dress

this pretty dress starts with some well padded sequin cups as it is difficult to wear a bra with this piece the straps adjust by wrapping around the neck and tying through loops at the back. The skirt is banded with the same sequin fabric and extends to a full skirt, I believe it’s silk, but there are no tags to testify to that.in excellent condition there’s a little frame on the loops at the back
