ctcreegt It's 14" unstretched and i am 36 C-D. Really depends how much you wanna show....my girlfriend tried it on and she is 34 A and it was beautiful on her and did make her look bigger in the breast area. Hope this helps.

ctcreegt I was not falling out of dress either.....i would say 36 DD would be the max with out being tacky looking. I wore 1x and had a strapless VS padded push up bra on underneath which really gave me that extra oommff! can also be worn without bra. Very supportive.
