BCBG short bell sleeve collared shrug

Short-sleeve blazer blouse topper jacket vest, can go over a shirt or cami, pairs well with a skirt as a suit or dress suit for business or casual. Needs to be dry cleaned before wearing. Regular wear, silk lining on inside separating from the jacket material itself is the only significant flaw, as pictured. Size XXS but can fit someone who wears a medium with narrow shoulder (I am petite and a size M and it fits, so Petite sizing would probably be more accurate. Still looks cute on XS or S)
