BCBGMAXAZRIA Women's Fit and Flare Peplum Asymmetrical Evening Dress

Size 0 ( but I think will fit a size 2- I’m between size 2- 4 -(26 waist) and zipper closed half way . No original tags from the brand , but the store tag and also the tag to use for return still on. There are 2 little black dots that must be removed / washed (but I think is dirt and will come out easily- didn’t try since the dress didn’t fit me ) The dress fit beautifully
