BCBGMAXAZRIA strapless black and white mini dress NWT

A bold black and white color palette is highlighted by the crinkly texture this strapless dress. The top has a white pleated mid section that leads to an slightly diagonal mesh, rhinestone, and beaded band. The top also has some boning on the sides. The slim fit skirt has the white accent on the front, and is solid black in back. This is fully lined and the zipper does completely zip, as shown in picture #7. Necklace not included.
