Navy blue formal long dress with slit between the legs. Rib cage section cut out on either side. V-neck cut. Hemmed for someone who is 5’4 with tall high heels on. The hemming was poorly done by a tailor, and they improperly ironed the bottom. However, because the dress is dark, you cannot tell. Damage shown in photo. Only worn once.
