cdog1030 Would it fit my hips? I'm small in the waist(4) As long as it flared at the hips to 6 I'd be ok... It is gorgeous!! What did you wear on top?

kris96761 @cdog1030 It's an a-line skirt so it definitely flares out. The skirt rested below my natural waistline too, so it's really comfortable. I wore it with white (in spring), dark green (in fall), even a yellow top. If you're interested I can cover shopping cost and reduce by $5 for you since you've bought before. LMK! 😊
