Super cool dress by BGBGeneration new with tags.  Asymmetric collar with one sleeve.  Cut out on front and back.  Has a lot of stretch but fits tight.  Tag says M/L but please refer to measurements which are approximate and taken flat.  All measurements are approximate, taken flat and not stretched at all.
