This is brand new with tags. Super cute pastel pink with flowers that are purple and pink with green stems and leaves printed on 87% Polyester & 13% Spandex. - Breathable - Moisture Wicking - Active Stretch - High Waisted - Gussetted crotch for greater freedom of movement Tag says "storage pocket", but there are not pockets on this pair of leggings. Please see all photo for measurements. After taking my initial photos I noticed a bit of grey stains at the inner left waist (near tag) and near the bottom on the ankles (pic included at the end). These are not that noticeable, but I'm sure they will wash out. Let me know if you have further questions. Thank you.
