BCBGeneration dress size 8

Very cute dress. Never worn, but no tags. It was always a little too small for me, as I wore a 10 when I purchased it. Ruffle sleeve and zip back. The fabric has a great stretch in a Heather grey and a slight flare to the skirt, which falls 18.5 inches from the waist. Care tag is shown.
