BCBGeneration front tie blouse in size L!

White blouse with tiny black polka dots! I’ve only worn this item one time for a dinner. The material is SHEER— and it is a bit narrower as far as fit, so i would recommend a size medium or lower if you are interested in this product! I’ve included the original info from when i originally bought it from bloomingdale’s. Again this item must go so all prices are negotiable!
