BCBGeneration lace cutout tweed collared sheath dress S

One-of-a-kind tweed sheath dress with small Peter Pan collar from BCBGeneration. There are subtle sparkles woven into the fabric, and the lace is black, with black edging on the arm holes. I believe this is a sample--see tags--and it doesn't come with a size tag but the measurements put it at a small. What's really cool about this is that it looks like when BCBGeneration made this up for sale, they switched the lace inserts at the waist for black fabric and it's not nearly as pretty as this version!
