Hi! do you know the waist and chest measurements laying flat?

@emilyspinninja hi! I just posted two pics with the measurements. The waist seam is just short of 13 ins and the widest part of the bust is about 14.75 ins. Also, I have a long torso so the waist seam is pretty high for me, almost under the bust, but I’m not sure if that would be true for someone with a shorter torso
